The Company sends a Notice of the General Meeting of Shareholders and a voting rights exercise form to shareholders listed in the shareholder registry as of the record date for the meeting, which is September 30 for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Voting rights may be exercised by:

(2) Indicating your approval or disapproval on the form and returning it by mail
