Shuhei Yamakoshi is responsible for medicinal chemistry at PRISM BioLab. He has experience in small-molecule and natural product-based drug discovery targeting immunological and oncological diseases at a domestic pharmaceutical company. He contributed to the establishment of a platform for targeted protein degradation technologies. Subsequently, he worked at Japanese biotech company, where he focused on peptide optimization related to peptide-drug conjugates, and led a program on multi-functional peptide conjugates as a project leader. He received his BS and MS from Waseda University, and Ph.D. from Hiroshima University.
